Q: When is Tiffany Album hours of operation?
A: Tiffany Album open Monday thru Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Our time zone(GMT -8:00) pacific time.

Q: Can I use with my film negative for my album needs?
A: Sorry, we do not do scanning service. If you have a scanning negative (300dpi), you can submit to us.

Q: Do you offer studio sample discount?
A:Yes, 50% off discount for sample album. All Sample Album are imprinted ˇ°Sample Albumˇ± on the album. The limit is 3 sample albums

Q: : Do you have a website to show and choose the album for my clients?
A:Your client (Bride) can choose album by themselves at the bride order section. At once bride choose album, the order information will be email to the photographer.

Q: How do I send images (CDs or FTP)?
A:CD/DVD Mailing Address: 6150 Mission Street #201, Daly City, CA, 94014. If you prefer FTP, we will set up your FTP account with your own ID and Password.

Q: Can I put text like name and sentence in the album?
A:
Yes. You can add any text in any page

Q: What is the resolution I should I use for my images?
A:
We recommend a resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch).

Q: What is a single side?
A:
A side is one page of a left or right side. A 20 sides album would contain 10 pages.

Q:What is your album turnaround time?
A:: It takes 2weeks for layout, 2week for layout adjusting (if you want to change the page order and images), and 4-5 weeks for making album and shipping. It will take total 7-8 weeks at maximum. If you give to us your design, it takes only 4-5 weeks.

Q:How can I check TiffanyAlbum price list?
A: You can download all price lists after register.

Q:What color space should I use?
A:For the photographic paper, we recommend sRGB as the working color space as this color space. If you do decide to use a larger color space such as Adobe RGB, please convert your file to sRGB.
