How to Order

Preparing Image

We recommended images must be JPEG and 300dpi resolution.
Please don not send us too many images because it will be delay the design process. We recommend six images on one page; it means two or three images on one side. (50-60 images for 10pages, 10pages are 20sides) Send your images in folder and please name the images folder with Bride&Groom name with the wedding date. Also please name the photos for specific order. (The image for the cameo should be named cameo.jpg The image for photo cover should be named photocoverfront.jpg and photocoverback.jpg)

Sending Images

-Send CD or DVD
If you send your images on CD or DVD, send to the below address. TiffanyAlbum: 6150 Mission Street. Suite# 201. Daly City, CA 94014.

-Upload
To upload your layouts, go to order page for photographers account first. Then you will connect to FTP and put your ID and password. Choose all your images from your folder, and paste them into the FTP (Internet Explorer) window. All your images will be transfer.

Select Your Album style, Quantity, Size, Color, and Options

- Simply select the album mount style (Flush Mount, Self Mount and Gallery Mount), you would like to order from the categories listed above top menu.
Select an album size, cover option, photo cover, stamp option and color of your choice. Then simply add your assembled album to your shopping cart. This would be a great time to change album options or add additional options to your album. After you decided the album, our ordering process will show the album price with shipping cost immediately.

Payment

We accept credit card and check.

Layout Approval

Our professional designer will crop and place the photos artistically on each pages of album. We will present the proof layout for your approval. This would be a great time to make any changes to the layout of your album before the approval. The layout proof will be available in two weeks. If photographer wants to change layout after proof, the first time change will be waived the redesign fee. The second design will be available in another two weeks. The additional redesign requests or layout changes will be charged.

Once your design is approved, we will print, bind by your options. Your album will be delivered to you in 4-6weeks after you approve layout. If photographer sends self-designed layout, album will be delivered to you in 4-6 weeks after we receive the design.

Delivery

Your album will be delivered to you in 4-6weeks after you approved layout. If photographer sends your own layout, album will be delivered to you in 4-6 weeks.
